You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle, recruiting professional education staff and teachers into Primary, Secondary or SEN schools within a local territory.

THE ROLE
As a Consultant, you will work towards running a profitable, efficient desk whilst operating as a part of the wider business team. You will support the expected culture aligned with legislation, company values and achieving success in line with target requirements.
It is essential that you provide exceptional support to all stakeholders including customers where relationships should be developed, whilst also ensuring compliance to Company policy and procedures at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development and Client Management
- Working with the Branch Manager you will implement an achievable annual desk business plan.
- Ensure overall achievement to your required monthly and annual targets whilst ensuring you work within defined business policies.
- Continually increase your daily, weekly and monthly productivity and sales activity to see a year on year growth of sales revenue to ensure profit.
- Ensure all agreed rates with your client are correctly recorded and any other requests from clients are implemented.
- Maintain an awareness of competitors and their actions.
Candidate Management
- Continuously identify and anticipate the candidate requirements on your desk. Resourcing the relevant candidates for your clients and forward planning ensuring that you have enough candidates of various disciplines to support your desk needs.
- Through communication with your clients via surveys, mailshots and business/ relationship calls, identify their current and anticipated needs and take action through advertising, social media and the contacting current company database
Compliance, processes and systems
- Ensure you are fully compliant with Company policies and procedures
- Effectively delivery of the company’s processes and systems.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of Legislation ensuring full compliance of Safeguarding, DBS and all relevant Legislation.
