Are you a seasoned recruiter with a proven track record in either temp or perm.  We are open to sector as our client is looking to expand their team.  Are you fed up of working full time, are you looking for part time and your current employer won’t look at part time?  My client is open to remote working and coming to the office once a week on a Tuesday and very very flexible.  Someone who can take control of their desk, bring in revenue, you’ll be given all the tools to succeed.  

My client is looking for talented Superstar Recruiters to support their growing and ambitious team.  This is a rare and unique opportunity for recruiters to bring their innovative ideas, sector knowledge and establish themselves as their future business leaders in an exciting growth period for the company.  They are looking for consultants to grow divisions in; warehousing, construction, health and social care, business, logistics, hospitality and green energy.

They are looking for both Recruiters who enjoy high volume, bulk recruitment AND Recruiters who enjoy bespoke recruitment projects including headhunting.  Successful candidate will be business minded, enthusiastic, passionate and driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Recruiter, you will be customer facing. You will be central to supporting your clients to fill their roles
  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Establishing your network of sector clients
  • Manage and develop key client relationships
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

What you will need to do the role successfully

  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Person centred approach.
  • Be proactive, professional and able to deal with people at all levels.
  • Experience working with in recruitment or sales (desirable)
  • Exceptional communications skills.
  • Ability to work in a team or independently.
  • Experience of working with Sales, HR or recruitment (desirable)
  • Good IT skills.
