The Role
As HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior managers to deliver people solutions across the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on:
- Performance management
- Employee engagement
- Wellbeing
- Diversity and inclusion
- You’ll also coach and support leaders to grow capability, attract and retain top talent, and embed a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders within a designated client group
- Provide strategic and operational HR support across transformation projects, including organisational change, TUPE, and workforce planning
- Drive initiatives in wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Lead talent planning, succession, and career development conversations
- Advise on and manage complex employee relations matters
- Support pay benchmarking, performance calibration and reward cycles
- Deliver people insights and HR data to inform decision making
- Contribute to the wider People strategy and support business objectives
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background:
- HR generalist experience within a global or fast-paced business, ideally in the tech sector
- Proven track record of business partnering with senior stakeholders
- Strong employee relations and performance management experience
- Comfortable leading on organisational change and transformation
- Familiarity with HRIS and using data to deliver HR insights
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong grasp of UK employment law (international exposure desirable)
- Experience with talent management, workforce design and DEI initiatives
- Strategic thinker with strong influencing and coaching skills
- Confident communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management experience across multiple HR initiatives
- Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
- Coaching or mediation qualification desirable
