Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum DOE plus uncapped commission scheme

We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join this diverse, distinct and down to earth agency. Role:

  • To proactively search, identify and interview suitable candidates for client vacancies through resourcing and interviews
  • Use a variety of resourcing methods to proactively support in their job search
  • Build & develop relationships with clients and candidates
  • Build an understanding of your clients, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment and what they look for in a recruitment partner
  • Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to develop a database of active clients and candidates
  • Regularly account manage your clients and candidates providing regular updates, feedback and consultative advice
  • Offer and advise the client on our suite of recruitment solutions for their campaign, honestly, consultatively and collaboratively selecting the best method for them
  • Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media to attract appropriate candidates
  • Structure your working day/ week to include client management, business development and sales calls to meet and or exceed agreed KPI’s and targets.
  • Manage and support candidates through the recruitment process
  • To proactively market candidates to existing and new clients
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate:

My client is open to hearing from candidates with and without recruitment industry experience. If you have the right attitude and willingness to learn they can teach you the ropes. They’ve had a lot of success with candidates from retail, sales and customer service backgrounds. You will be self-motivated, and have results and a customer focus at the heart of everything you do.

You will have a real passion for delivering the best candidate and client experience through unrivalled quality of service. You will be natural and confident in forming relationships internally and with our candidates and clients, creating long term partnerships.

You will be quality driven with efficiency and results at the forefront of your mind. You will be confident on the telephone and face to face and keen to impress and further develop our recruitment offering across the Sheffield City Region.

We are looking for a self-starter with a motivation for success. You will be confident in business-to-business sales through a variety of techniques and be comfortable working to KPI’s. You will have experience of producing results and achieving/exceeding targets.

You will be experienced and proactive in using LinkedIn and will be a car driver with a full UK driving license.
