My client is an independent recruitment business who pride themselves on providing a flexible service for their customers, tailoring their services and prices to suit their needs. My client is looking for someone who is very driven to source and place the right candidates in a timely manner but also someone who is happy to contribute towards business development. 

You will have day to day responsibility for white-collar recruitment. You will need to service and develop the current client and candidate base, identify new opportunities and ways to maximise fees and profits, working towards exceeding targets for the sector and the business.

Your duties will include:

• Business development – Bringing on new clients from cold to expand the client base
• Build a solid database of white-collar candidates across Construction
• To manage and develop the current customer accounts
• Headhunting for potential candidates
• Marketing out of available candidates across social media, email, and phone calls
• Marketing of all vacancies across social media
• Arranging and attending client sales and review meetings
• Manage the candidate journey delivering an excellent service at all times
• Work towards business targets and goals
• Build the Multitask professional brand and reputation

Objectives

• To build and maintain a consistent pipeline
• To hit quarterly forecasts set
• Increase perm fee % charged
• Identify new opportunities and areas to maximise margins and pipeline

The role pays between £22,000 and £25,000 plus bonus plus free parking.  Monthly nights out and Westfield Healthcare.
