A finance recruitment business in Leeds are looking to recruit a Finance Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant or Manager to join their successful Leeds finance team. 

This role offers the chance to take over a warm desk, build long-term client relationships and develop your career within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

The Opportunity

• Join a well-established finance recruitment team
• Work with clients recruiting for roles typically between £30k – £90k
• Take over a warm desk with existing business
• Enjoy hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 from home
• Be part of a business known for developing consultants through to Director level
• Excellent earning potential and progression opportunities

The business has an exceptional track record of developing talent. The Head of the Leeds finance team joined as a trainee over 25 years ago, and several consultants in the team consistently achieve £160k–£200k+ billings annually.

What They Are Looking For

• Recruitment experience ideally within finance, although other sectors will be considered
• Typically 2+ years’ recruitment experience
• Consultants interested in developing into a true 360 recruitment role
• Individuals who enjoy building relationships with clients and candidates
• A driven and ambitious mindset with a genuine desire to succeed
