Cleaning Manager – Commercial & Specialist Cleaning

We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Manager to join a fast-growing, 5-star rated cleaning team.

This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who takes pride in high standards and wants to play a key part in developing commercial and specialist cleaning services.

The Role

This position combines hands-on cleaning work with team leadership and operational responsibility. You will help deliver high-quality cleaning services while managing jobs, supporting staff, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key duties include:

• Carrying out high-standard cleaning when required
• Managing and supporting a team of cleaners
• Overseeing commercial cleaning contracts
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Conducting site visits, preparing quotes, and completing quality checks
• Delivering and supervising specialist cleaning services, including:
• Deep cleans
• End of tenancy cleans
• After-builders cleans
• Specialist and tailored cleaning projects
• Ensuring all health & safety standards are met
• Supporting the growth and development of specialist services
• Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends where required

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ experience in commercial cleaning, specialist cleaning, or cleaning management
• Strong background in deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-focused approach
• A proactive mindset with ambition to grow and develop

Desirable Experience (Not Essential)

Biohazard cleaning experience (full training can be provided)
