About the Role:
- As a 360° recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment process, building strong relationships with schools and senior leaders to support their supply staffing needs. This includes:
Business development – Driving sales and engaging with schools to secure new partnerships
Candidate sourcing – Finding and onboarding top talent for both daily and long-term supply placements
Managing bookings – Overseeing supply placements, handling queries, and ensuring smooth service delivery
Marketing & outreach – Creating CVs, promoting vacancies, and attending job fairs/events to attract new talent

- A natural ability to build trust and develop relationships with clients and candidates
- Confidence in sales and business development calls

Hours: 40-hour contract, alternating shifts (7am-4pm / 8am-5pm). Reduced hours during school holidays.
