Role Overview:
As a Strategic Accounts Executive, you will manage and grow a portfolio of high-value Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and School Groups. You will develop deep, strategic relationships across various levels of the organization, from C-level executives to school administrators.
Your role will involve retaining and upselling existing subscriptions, cross-selling additional company software solutions, and developing bespoke commercial proposals that deliver value for both the company and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Retain and grow revenue within your set of Strategic Accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain a network of complex commercial relationships with key stakeholders across your Accounts.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tailored strategic plans for each account to maximize sales opportunities.
Sales Execution: Achieve ambitious revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Market Insight: Leverage your extensive market knowledge to create impactful commercial solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Negotiation: Build and negotiate profitable commercial deals at the highest level, ensuring long-term value for both the company and their customers.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and forecasting within the CRM system.
