The role
My client is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer who is very driven to source and place the right candidates in a timely manner but also someone who is happy to contribute towards the overall excellent personalised service that they deliver to meet all their clients business requirements.
The Recruitment Resourcer will be working within the Trades and Mechanical and Engineering recruitment team. You will support a range of recruiters with candidate attraction, planning and coordination, compliance and general admin tasks such as formatting CVs, writing detailed job adverts, compliance checks, ensuring all information is inputted on the CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and placing detailed job adverts
- To carry out regular searches for suitable candidates on job boards
- Marketing available candidates and Jobs across social media platforms
- To carry out reference checks for candidates
- To carry out telephone interviews with potential candidates to assess suitability.
- To format CVs
- To ensure all candidates and client activity is recorded on database.
- To ensure all relevant ID and qualifications are in place for each candidate.
- To send out interview confirmations
- Cover on payroll when consultants are on
- Any other admin as required.
The successful candidate must have:
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good attention to detail.
- Good customer service skills and be able to forge and maintain relationships over the telephone and face-to-face.
- Ability to organise and manage a busy workload efficiently and effectively.
- The ability to act on your own initiative.
- Hard working, conscientious and the ability to work in a fast paced, at times demanding environment.
- Good team player.
- Proficient in using IT equipment and software.
- Experience of talent acquisition / candidate attraction / resourcing / recruitment administration desirable but willing to look at other transferable skills
What's on Offer:
- Hours: Monday to Friday 10.00am to 2.00pm (can be flexible on these working hours)
- Salary: £18,000-£22,000 pro rata per annum depending on experience + commission scheme
