What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts, running the day-to-day delivery to exceed client expectations.
- Engaging with prospect clients and creating new business opportunities
- Advertising and marketing vacancies through job boards and social media platforms.
- A high degree of telephone-based activity to both clients and candidates.
- Planning and maintaining client rosters to ensure fulfilment is maximised.
- Offer consistency and calmness under pressure.
- Providing leadership, support, and mentoring to other members of the team.
- Working with the Divisional Manager to produce weekly/monthly performance reports for existing accounts to present in client meetings.
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- A strong passion for Customer Service
- Target Driven with track record of delivering KPI’s
- A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
- Previous experience in a Recruitment, Account Manager or Retail Management role is preferable.
What’s on offer:
- Salary: up to £30k (dependent on experience) + commission
- Hours: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8:30am – 5pm
